Fair Usage Policy
Every plan includes 10 GB bandwidth per month — more than enough for most small business websites. If you go over, we charge a simple $5 per additional GB for that month (billed at the end of the month). No surprises.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your monthly management plan at any time through the Client Portal. However, all payments are non-refundable — this includes the one-time build fee and all monthly management fees paid to date.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
When you cancel, we will provide you access to a private GitHub repository containing your complete website files. You will have 30 days to download your files before the repository is removed. We do not transfer or migrate your website to another host — you are responsible for setting up your site elsewhere using the files provided. We will transfer your domain to the registrar of your choice.
What is the refund policy?
BuildMyProSite has a strict no-refund policy. All charges — including the one-time build fee and monthly management fees — are non-refundable. By purchasing a package, you agree to these terms. We encourage you to review our packages carefully before subscribing.
Who owns the domain?
You do. We register every domain in your name. You are the legal owner. We just manage it for you. Upon cancellation, we will transfer it to the registrar you specify.
How long does it take to build my site?
Most Starter and Growth sites are ready in 1-2 weeks. Pro and Premium sites typically take 2-4 weeks. Enterprise projects are scoped individually.
Do I need to provide content?
We can work with whatever you have. If you need copywriting, we'll help create content that represents your business — that's part of the build.
